What should I do about whiteflies?
Use yellow sticky traps. Apply a product whose label lists whiteflies, such as Caprid 20 SL (acetamiprid), Protect 35 SC (imidacloprid), Pegasus or Advance 10EC, rotating groups. A spray oil such as Pilaroil helps on light infestations. Always read the product label and observe the registered rate, re-entry period and pre-harvest interval before you apply any pesticide.
